The shuttle service to the park was fast, and i loved that it was so convenient. i appreciated the size of the suite. It accommodated my family well! the bus service to the parks was convenient, i never waited too long.
the noise level was high late at night, coming from the hallway, it was difficult to relax.

The pool was very inviting, i enjoyed the ample seating available at any time of the day. the location near the parks offered direct buses. It was practical when returning late. the resort provides a parking garage with many spaces.

the market had great food choices, it included a starbucks in the lobby. i appreciated the many options, even when returning late. the breakfast options were great, offering variety each day.

The room was clean, and i loved the housekeeping service provided every day. It kept everything tidy. the rooms feature room darkening curtains, they helped a lot. the a/c unit was quiet and efficient.

the universal bus schedule was awful. it stopped at 10pm and there were not enough buses. the beds were also very uncomfortable.

the shuttle service to the parks ran frequently. it made park access very easy. i also found the coffee shop in the lobby convenient. i appreciated having quick access to coffee in the mornings.
i noticed the floors were not very clean. my feet got dirty when i walked barefoot in the room. more attention to floor cleaning would improve the overall experience.

i stayed in a two-bedroom suite. it offered plenty of room for my family. the shuttle service to the parks was very convenient. early park access was a definite plus. ride shares had their own designated lane right in front of the resort.
the acoustics in the room were not great. i could clearly hear noises from the adjacent rooms. this made it a bit difficult to relax at times.
